The Challenge:
Cosmetica Labs is a formulation powerhouse with an expansive library of innovations, but the existing website didn’t reflect its cutting-edge capabilities. Sales teams relied heavily on decks and manual follow-ups, while potential and existing clients lacked an intuitive, self-serve way to explore available formulas.

 

The Insight:
Beauty brand founders and product developers crave both inspiration and efficiency. They want to explore textures, actives, and innovations on their own terms before looping in a sales conversation. Giving them digital access to Cosmetica’s library could fast-track sampling and strengthen positioning as a forward-thinking partner.

 

The Idea:
Build a State-of-the-art website paired with a client-exclusive digital showroom. A high-touch digital experience that showcases Cosmetica’s R&D leadership while empowering users to filter, discover, and shortlist formulas by what matters to them: format, ingredient, benefit, and beyond.

 

The Execution:
We redesigned CosmeticaLabs.com from the ground up to better reflect the brand’s premium innovation offering. For clients, we launched a password-protected Digital Showroom: a searchable, filterable library of formulas with the ability to save favourites and connect directly with a sales rep. The experience was built to bridge inspiration with action.

Key Results:

Website traffic (non-campaign based) YoY growth of 12%, and library formula conversion 15% YoY growth with the showroom tool (combined with innovation presentations).
