The Insight:
Brand founders and product developers aren’t just shopping for formulas, they’re shopping for ideas. In a crowded market, they look to manufacturers not just for execution, but for strategic direction and creative foresight. To spark excitement, beauty innovations need to be contextualized with storytelling, trend relevance, and launch-ready inspiration.
The Idea:
To design seasonal innovation collections: elevated, editorial-style kits that combined 8–10 on-trend makeup or skincare formulas with campaign-ready creative, packaging mock-ups, and positioning concepts. Each kit was crafted around a future-facing theme and designed to feel like a brand in a box: desirable, differentiated, and immediately actionable.
The Execution:
Across multiple seasons, we developed immersive collections tied to industry trade shows and self-standing pop-up experiences. Each included a custom-designed box, full product naming, messaging, trend reports, packaging suggestions, and art direction for campaign visuals. We also produced turnkey launch toolkits to help customers envision how the formulas could come to life across platforms. Deliverables included concept development, trend research, product naming, visual storytelling, and B2B campaign strategy.

YoY sales growth of 20%. 45% of projects coming from in-house innovation presentations.
